Digital CounterWe at Microsensors manufacture various types of counters catering to suit every application. The input signal for counter can be contact make-break, limit switch, proximity sensor, photo electric switch, infrared sensor, linear or rotary encoders, pulse input, etc. The reliability of these counters is much better than electro-mechanical counters as there is no moving part. The counters can be with pre-set alarm limit for batch counting or without pre-set for just counting. The preset counters can also be provided with auto & single cycle operation. In auto mode the relay remains energized for predetermined time and then starts again. The resetting can either be by front push button, remote external contact or auto reset. Special debounce circuit prevents spurious counts in slow speed or switch-operated applications. All counters are provided with high noise immunity for reliable operation. |
